The following is our policy:
Availability
Merchandise offered for sale is sometimes limited in size and quantities. We strongly suggest that if you order more than one item per size, you contact us to assure that the items and sizes you want are available. Your credit card will not be charged until we determine that the items you order are in stock. Special order items are charged when ordered through our venders and shipped to you as soon as we receive them.
Ordering
You can use our on-line secure shopping system or call us and we'll be happy to assist you over the phone.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can also pay using your banks debit card.
Because of security concerns, we no longer enclose your credit card receipt with the purchase. We do enclose a copy of our return policy, which includes a section with the amount that was charged to your card.
If called in, orders can be paid by postal money order. If you choose to mail your payment to us, your item will be placed on hold for a maximum of 7 days. If payment is not received within that time, it will be returned to stock.
Shipping
We ship Priority Mail with the exception of certain gift and oversized items, where you are given a choice of shipping options. Your package usually will arrive within 2 to 3 business days, after shipping, but there is no guarantee unless you request overnight or express shipping for additional fees. Personalized and special orders may take up to two weeks to complete and ship or as otherwise stated.
Normal Shipping Charges Are As Follows:
1 Item - $5.50
2 Items - $6.50
3 Items - $7.50
4 Items - $8.50
5 Items - $8.75
6 Items - $9.00
Shipping Charges increase $.50 for each additional item after 7 items.
As stated above, on certain gift and oversized items, shipping charges may be increased as shown on item page. Other shipping options may also be offered on certain items.
Incorrect or Invalid Address
We will gladly ship your order to an alternate address once the billing address is verified. Packages lost due to incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information. If a shipment is returned to us due to a wrong or invalid address, we will make every effort to contact the customer and arrange for a subsequent shipment, to a corrected address. Such shipments will be subject to an additional shipping charge.
International Orders
Due to the high cost of international shipping, we have suspended international sales at this time.
Gift Wrapping
At your request, we'll gladly gift wrap your purchase for only $1.00. If you would like gift wrapping, please specify this on the checkout page. We enclose a gift card with your personal message. We will gladly mail your gift to another address upon request but are not responsible for incorrect address information furnished by customers. All price tags are removed.
Certain items include free gift wrap and is noted on the item page.
If an occasion is not given, the gift will be wrapped in a generic baby pattern.
Sales Tax
As required by law, we must charge 4% sales tax to all orders shipped to a destination within the state of Alabama. This also applies to pick-up orders.
Returns
Please check your merchandise immediately. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy to refund your payment, less shipping, in the manner received if we receive your return back within 14 days of purchase. After that date, all sales are final.
Special orders, Weekend Specials or personalized items are not returnable unless the error was ours.
If another size is needed and available, please reorder through our shopping cart system or call us. Additional shipping charges will apply. Occasionally we offer free shipping. On any item returned that received free shipping, there will be a $5.00 restock fee deducted from the refund amount. Some items may be subject to a restock fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns must have a return authorization number. Please call us at 1-256-332-4211 and let us know you are returning your item and we’ll issue you a return authorization number. That number must be displayed on the outside of your package and is only good for seven (7)business days. Any package sent without the number will be refused. We suggest that you purchase tracking and insurance on your return shipment. We are not responsible for lost packages. The returned items must be in their original condition, with tags still attached. All returns for seasonal items must be received back the day before the holiday.
